(1) If any amendment is received in accordance with sub-rule (5) of rule 21 in the proposal related to referendum, the speaker shall allow the member who made the amendment to participate in the discussion along with the reason for submitting the amendment. There will be a discussion. (3) At the end of the discussion, the member presenting the proposal related to the referendum will answer the questions raised in the discussion. If the proposal is approved by a majority of at least two-thirds of the total number of members immediately existing in the Federal Parliament, the proposal will be considered passed.
